More than 100 people turned out for the grand opening party of Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza in Burlington on Tuesday, October 24, which celebrated the brand new concept’s first location opening. Attendees mingled on the three-season covered patio, relaxed in leather booths and caught a sneak peek at the action in the open kitchen where a team of chefs hand tossed Jack’s signature wood and coal fired pizzas. Bartenders served up handcrafted specialty cocktails and foodie attendees tasted small bites and a variety of Jack’s signature pies, all while supporting the local community by raising funds for People Helping People.
