These Official Rules apply to promotional giveaways conducted by Northshore Magazine through its social media channels, including Instagram. Specific giveaway details, including prize descriptions, entry methods, start dates, end dates, and any additional requirements, will be stated in the applicable giveaway post on Instagram. In the event of any conflict, the specific giveaway post controls.
1. Sponsor
Northshore Magazine (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry unless otherwise stated in the applicable giveaway post.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor may be ineligible.
3. Promotion Period
Each giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times stated in the applicable Instagram post. All times are Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.
4. How to Enter
To enter, follow the instructions in the applicable giveaway post on Instagram. Entry methods may include liking, commenting, following, voting, submitting content, sharing to stories, tagging accounts, or other actions described in the post.
Incomplete, late, automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
Prize details, quantity, approximate value, and any restrictions will be described in the applicable giveaway post.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from eligible entries unless otherwise stated in the applicable giveaway post.
Winner(s) will be contacted through Instagram direct message, email, or another reasonable method selected by Sponsor. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe provided, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, city, social handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or fraudulent activity, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or other factors impair proper administration.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation or prize use.
