This newly renovated (and air-conditioned) training facility houses 8,000 square feet of training space. Their Fit Box class uses cross-training intervals to ignite the metabolism, burn calories, improve endurance, strengthen the core, and build lean muscle. You can expect to learn partner boxing drills and to train with gloves and mitts while incorporating lots of cardio drills and equipment for a total body workout.
