In the farm’s modern, well-equipped kitchen, professional chefs and instructors explain how to turn those farm goods into multi-course seasonal meals to savor after class. Due to coronavirus, all summer and fall cooking classes/workshops will be taught outside in smaller, socially distanced groups using the farm’s outdoor brick oven.

“Learn, laugh, and cook” is the tagline at Taste Buds Kitchen North Andover, part of a national cooking franchise that offers kids cooking classes by day and adult BYOB classes at night, like Sushi + Dumplings. Laurel Holmes started the North Andover branch, which in response to COVID-19 began offering online instruction with so much success, the virtual model will continue into fall.
