Appleton Cooks!

IPSWICH

Talk about farm-to-table. The classes and workshops at Appleton Cooks! use ingredients so fresh, they’re bordering on rude—warm eggs from the chicken coop, dairy from the nearby cows, and just-plucked veggies from Appleton Farm’s vegetable garden. In the farm’s modern, well-equipped kitchen, professional chefs and instructors explain how to turn those farm goods into multi-course seasonal meals to savor after class. Due to coronavirus, all summer and fall cooking classes/workshops will be taught outside in smaller, socially distanced groups using the farm’s outdoor brick oven.
