The Wine ConneXtion, the recently renovated store located in North Andover and known for their impressive assortment of quality wines and spirits at exceptional prices and innovative wine-purchasing experience, is once again offering guests an impressive lineup of complimentary wine tastings this fall. Every Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. through November, the expert staff will be pouring a variety of wines ranging in price, theme and region while educating guests. All tastings are complimentary and open to the public; guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Who better to make suggestions than the people who work with wine all day long? The Wine ConneXtion staff will be put to the test during this complimentary tasting as each staff member will recommend his or her favorite bottle of wine, along with a reason why it is just that. Guests will taste an assortment of varietals at varying price points and, as always, staff will be on-hand to discuss the distinguishing features of each bottle.

Embark on a journey to Spain exploring the unusual yet distinct flavors of Spanish wines. From robust reds to crisp whites, uncork decadent varietals ranging from Riojas to Tempranillos, all consisting of different flavors and price points for all to savor.
October 7, 2017: Cheers to Merlot Month
The Wine ConneXtion invites guests to raise a glass in honor of Merlot Month while sipping on some of the most outstanding Merlots in the category from notable regions, including Bordeaux, Napa Valley and Australia. Guests will learn about the flavors, aromas and softer characteristics of Merlot wine while learning about the most enjoyable food pairings for the varietal.
October 14, 2017: Stars of the Show
Hear from the expert staff at The Wine ConneXtion as they unveil their favorite finds and releases from the industry tradeshows. This tasting will be a great source of wine education, highlighting the flavor, aroma, and color differences between the crisp new top picks.
October 21, 2017: 8th Annual Grand Tasting
Celebrate The Wine ConneXtion’s 8th full years in business with a grand tasting featuring over 50 exclusive wines from around the world. Oenophiles can go on a sipping adventure, discovering new favorite wines and sampling unique new varietals.

Sip through Italy’s fine wine selection and explore excellent and affordable picks from well-known regions in Italy including Piedmont, Tuscany, Abruzzo, and Sicily. November 11, 2017: 90 Points and Above Series One
The first edition of a three-part tasting will give guests an exclusive opportunity to sample some of the most highly rated wines. Wine connoisseurs are invited to sip and swirl some of the industry’s most distinct and highest rated wines from top wine critics including: Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate and Robert Parker.
