Dr. McCarthy has enjoyed practicing dentistry in Andover since 1986. Dr. Gallo joined the practice in 2009 when she relocated to the area where she had practiced for twenty years. All of the staff have been an integral part of the office for at least twelve years. They provide consistent care and take a personal interest in their patients. Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Gallo believe that prevention and education are the keys to optimal dental health. A thorough examination with digital radiographs and intraoral photographs, along with oral cancer screenings, are performed to diagnose oral diseases. The practice was featured in an article in Doctor of Dentistry magazine for its use of digital radiography which uses 80% less radiation than conventional radiography.

Dr. McCarthy, Dr. Gallo and their staff are committed to continuing education and team building. Panky Institute, the Las Vegas Institute, and the Yankee Dental Conference to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations of the profession.
