Wicked Healthy Vending Supports Healthy Kids at Lynn YMCA

The nutritional vending company will provide financial assistance to YMCA members demonstrating a commitment to healthy living.

Wicked Healthy Vending has joined forces with Lynn Metro North YMCA (Lynn YMCA) to award three Youth Center members with a $100 scholarship to be used for YMCA membership.

In addition to providing healthy snacks to Lynn YMCA members, Wicked Healthy Vending is pleased to provide financial assistance to Youth Center members who demonstrate their commitment to healthy living. Scholarship applicants have been asked to submit a one page essay describing what a healthy life style means to them. Essays should be submitted to the Lynn YMCA front desk by Friday, June 30.  Winners will be announced on Friday, July 14.

“Born and raised on the North Shore, I felt it important to give back to the community. Wicked Healthy Vending’s mission to do our part to create a healthy community matches perfectly with that of the YMCA’s,” said Tina Paine, founder and owner of Wicked Healthy Vending. “There is no better time to start making healthy choices than in childhood.”
