Martha’s Vineyard’s historic Harbor View Hotel has promoted Richard Doucette to executive chef. In his new role, Doucette oversees the hotel’s daily food and beverage operations, which include Lighthouse Grill, Henry’s Hotel Bar, and event and wedding catering.
