The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestra gives budding musicians a place to learn and grow.  The sounds of classical symphonies rebound throughout the hallowed halls of Masconomet Regional High School in Topsfield. But you won’t find a professional orchestra behind those doors; in fact, you won’t find many performers who are even old enough to vote.
