 It’s time to cozy up to the fire with a book in one hand and a glass in the other. Want some new ideas for what to pour into that glass? Check out the following concoctions—each of which lends a certain mood and flavor to New England’s snowy days. Irish Coffee Makes 1 drink 1 c. freshly brewed hot coffee 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey Heavy cream, slightly whipped Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey. Top with a collar of whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back
