  Beverly-based Windover Construction has recently announced that it has completed its fourth home for homeless veterans just in time for the holidays. Howard House in Brockton joins Pleasant Street Apartments in Beverly, a renovated historic industrial building that contains 32 units; Bedford Green in Bedford; and Valley Brook Village in Lyons, New Jersey.
