MarketStreet Lynnfield’s annual Holiday Stroll has been postponed due to Sunday’s forecast for inclement weather. Originally scheduled for this Sunday, November 24th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the event will now take place Sunday, December 8th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

This annual tradition will treat guests to exclusive shopping perks, delicious seasonal samplings from select MarketStreet restaurants, kids’ activities, holiday photo opportunities, an Ice Bar hosted by Notch Brewing, and discounted rates to the ice skating rink sponsored by Capital One. To cap off this festive event, Santa will arrive on a vintage Lynnfield fire truck to light the official MarketStreet Lynnfield tree.

New this year, MarketStreet Lynnfield will unveil two incredible, interactive light displays by Limbic Media, reacting to sound and music and lighting up the trellis in Market Square. Additionally, a giving tree in the plaza in front of California Pizza Kitchen will play host to special ornaments hung by Holiday Stroll guests. When guests arrive at this year’s event, they will receive an ornament on which to write their name and charity of choice. After the event, MarketStreet Lynnfield will choose two winning ornaments from the tree to receive a shopping spree and a donation to their charity.

“At MarketStreet Lynnfield, we love embracing the New England holiday season with our Holiday Stroll,” said general manager Charlotte Woods. “We’re thrilled to be a community hub for fun, family-focused events and we’re excited to make our Holiday Stroll even more magical this year with our new interactive light displays.”

Adding to the spirit of the day, children will be treated to rides on mechanical reindeer and polar bears while guests of all ages can enjoy special giveaways, a live streaming of the Patriots game at Southern Tide, and a festive performance from the Lynnfield Pioneer Singers.

Admission to the Holiday Stroll is free. For more information about this event and other events happening at the property, visit
