Peabody, MA – Northshore Mall invites the local community to celebrate Earth Day as part of Simon’s focus on sustainability. Simon incorporates sustainable thinking into areas of business like planning, developing properties, and community engagement.

“We know that Northshore Mall is at the center of our community and it is important to give back in a sustainable way,” said Lauren Dalis, Director of Marketing & Business Development at Northshore Mall. “We have been long standing community partners and will continue to be good community partners for future generations by showing firsthand what true sustainability means.”

During the week of April 22 through 28, Northshore Mall will celebrate Earth Day through community recycling partnerships, special retailer initiatives, a themed family event, and other engaging programming.

On Friday, April 26, Northshore Mall hosts families for a special Green Family Fun Earth Day event. From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. mall-widefamilies will enjoy Earth Day themed entertainment, crafts, snacks, a photo opportunity, and more. Additionally, each event will feature special readings of The Earth Book, where the first 100 children will be able to decorate their own reusable tote bag and leave with their own copy of the book.
