The dining and entertainment heart of Burlington, 3rd Ave, announced that they have completed a 9,000 square foot lease with Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Tony C’s, Redstone American Grill, Boston Interiors, PAUL Bakery, Cambridge Savings Bank, and Carter’s Diamonds.

Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, the renowned home furnishings lifestyle brand, is bringing its highly livable combination of comfort and style to savvy, sophisticated consumers in the Burlington market by opening a new 9,000 SF Signature Store to the upscale shopping area on 3rd Ave.

This new location is a licensed Signature Store owned and operated by the same partners of the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Signature Stores in Boston and Natick.

The store will showcase the company’s signature store design, including soft white walls and floors, bright modular lighting and personally created furniture settings by Bob and Mitchell – showing customers serene ways to integrate eclectic styles of furniture. The Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams design philosophy is based on making comfort the priority for look, feel and value, and mixing unexpected pieces to give each setting a unique, modern twist.

The Burlington location is the latest in a growing number of Signature Stores for the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams brand. Other Signature Stores are in dynamic markets across the country including SoHo in New York City, Beverly Hills, Chicago, Boston, Natick, Denver, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Portland, Washington, DC, Nashville, andPuerto Rico, with international locations in Mexico City, Toronto and Montreal. The Company plans to open additional store locations in the next eighteen months with outposts in St. Louis, Miami, Palo Alto, CA, Alpharetta, GA, and Kansas City, MO to name a few.

3rd Ave, a unique addition to the Route 128 corridor, is being developed as a wide boulevard lined with restaurants, cafes, retail boutiques and other service amenities, with a focus on pedestrian walkways and public green space.
