MarketStreet Lynnfield is thrilled to announce two stylish new additions set to open at the property – women’s fashion boutique Scout & Molly’s and southern lifestyle apparel brand, Southern Tide. With grand openings scheduled for later this summer, the two new concepts represent more first to market brands for the open-air shopping destination. MarketStreet will be home to the first Massachusetts location of Scout & Molly’s and the first Signature Store north of Cape Cod and Nantucket for Southern Tide. The locations join newly opened iconic Canadian retailer, Roots, who launched its inaugural North Shore location at MarketStreet Lynnfield in late June.
Southern Tide brings classic American style to MarketStreet with its colorful take on preppy coastal clothing for men, women, teens and children. The brand’s Lynnfield location will feature a plethora of sartorial options ranging from signature Skipjack polos to special occasion wear like blazers and cocktail dresses. Southern Tide’s apparel and accessory offerings will take customers from the beach to cocktail hour, and back again.

“Southern Tide brings a fresh perspective on performance wear and color for all ages. With all the new technology in the world of fashion, I believe Southern Tide will be the next big thing in comfort and style. I’m excited to bring a new brand to the Boston area and feel the northern pocket will be a great market to show it off,” says Maggie Kopnisky, owner of Southern Tide Lynnfield. This will be Kopnisky’s second store at MarketStreet. She is also owner of Pink Parkway, a Lilly Pulitzer signature store.
Scout & Molly’s Lynnfield outpost is the latest location for the growing boutique brand, offering an array of women’s fashion and accessories from both well-known and exciting up-and-coming designers. Customers will find brands to suit every style and silhouette, including offerings from Bailey 44, Sanctuary, Trina Turk, Tart, Black Orchid Denim and more. The location is equipped with dedicated stylists committed to not only assisting the customer find what they are looking for, but also helping them explore new trends and style approaches.
