Pastry chef Kate Holowchik is serving up Easter Sweets to go, including custom cakes and a variety of special Easter Pies that are sure to impress. Custom Cakes and Easter Pies can be ordered at for pickup on Saturday (3/31) or Sunday (4/1). Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance online or via phone. Easter Pie flavors include Tollhouse (chocolate chip cookie pie with whipped cream), Strawberry Rhubarb Pie (topped with an oat and brown sugar crumble), and Lemon Meringue Pie with torched marshmallow meringue). All pies are available for $25 each and can be made Gluten Free ($30 each). Lincoln’s custom cakes come in a variety of sizes with customizable flavors and fillings (prices start at $30).
