 TOPSFIELD, Mass. (September 22, 2011) – Do you make a great apple pie? Cider Hill Farm and The Topsfield Fair want you to prove it.  Enter your best apple pie in the 2011 Topsfield Fair Apple Pie Contest. To enter, bake an apple pie in a disposable plate of your choice – either glass or foil.  The food entry must be submitted with two copies of the complete recipe, typed on one side of an 8 ½ x 11" sheet of paper.  Please include name, address, and telephone number on the back of each sheet. Entry form deadline is Wednesday, Octobe
